Man is made up of five elements:

earth - the physical body,
water, the senses,
fire, the will,
air, thought,
space - consciousness.

We perceive the world through five receptors: smell, taste, sight, touch and hearing.
If the receptors and parts of our being are in purity and balance we experience oneness with the universe, inner happiness and spontaneous joy of life.

If they are in imbalance we feel suffering, depression and decline. An imbalance of the elements is the real cause of disease and failure. If we want to improve our lives and the lives of our relatives, then we need to engage in purification, development and harmonization of body, soul and consciousness.

Thanks to participation in the practice of “Harmonization of Five Elements” you will learn the main formula of Vedic meditation and you will be able to improve your condition on your own.
