Churek-dorgun

Healing Spring
Churek-Dorgun is a place where people come to seek treatment for cardiovascular conditions. The water from this spring has been shown to help reduce blood pressure in those with hypertension. The surrounding landscape is incredibly picturesque, featuring a dense coniferous forest, a rushing river, and views of snow-capped peaks.

Nogaan Hall

Healing Lake
A beautiful freshwater lake is located near Lake Azas. The name of the lake translates from Tuvan as "green lake", and it is known for its unique color, which is caused by a mineral that is dissolved in the water and covers the bottom in a thin layer. The local population uses the lake for its medicinal properties, as it is believed to have healing powers.

Fortress

Por Bazhyn is a historical monument located on a small island in the middle of Lake Tere Khol. It is believed that there was a temple complex behind its adobe walls, according to some sources. However, other researchers suggest that there were military barracks and a fortress built to protect the area's borders.

Red Caves

Caves
The caves are located about 25 kilometers upstream from Kyzyl on the right bank of the Kaa-Khem River, in the area of Ondum's karst formations. The entire grotto system measures 140 meters in length. It begins with a spacious hall with two entrances that is located on a steep cliff.

Kaa-hem

During the route, travelers can enjoy the breathtaking landscapes of the mountains and the stunning views of the valley of the Kaa-Khem River. The path to the caves also passes by a healing spring, Arjaan Churek Dorgun, which is a popular destination for both locals and visitors during the warmer months.

The Center of Asia
The obelisk, a symbol of the center of Asia, stands on the banks of the Yenisei River. It has been built three times - in 1964, 1984, and 2014. Today, it is a magnificent sculptural ensemble. At the heart of it is the "Center of Asia," a ball representing the Earth held by three mythical creatures similar to lions. Around the obelisk are twelve sculptures of animals from the Buddhist zodiac. The spire is topped with a "sunny deer," the symbol of the region.

Burgan-izi

This is a place of worship, also known as "The Footprint of the Buddha". According to legend, the Dalai Lama once saw the glowing light of the teacher's footprint here. At the foot of a mountain, there is a Buddhist stupa called "Duchen Lhabab", which means "the descent from heaven of Buddha Shakya-Muni".

«Buddha footprint»

It is a beautiful and picturesque place with a peaceful atmosphere. When you need a quick recharge and have no time for a long trip, the Burgan Easy Place is always there to welcome you.
The imprint of the Buddha's footprint, according to its discoverers, was "alive":
at first it was in a horizontal position, over time it decreased in size and assumed an upright position. The trail is located on one of the rocks of the dwarf hills. The worshippers of the sacred place built a pedestal for offerings and a seven-step staircase. Pilgrims from all over the world come to visit the sacred place to touch the relic and make a wish that will certainly come true.

Aldyn-Bulak

This is a whole "museum" of nomadic culture in the open air. According to legend, in ancient times in those parts there was a summer camp of the noble Noin with a traditional Buddhist center. Yurts and tents — felt and wooden tents — are located on the territory for the accommodation of guests and tourists. The layout of Aldyn-Bulak is based on a model of the universe. Yurts stand in the order of rotation of the planets of the solar system.

In early 2010, during an inspection of the area, they actually found the ruins of a Buddhist temple with one surviving mantra "OM". Many of the objects that you will see in "Aldyn-Bulak" are real relics found during excavations in nearby places.

In "Aldyn-Bulak" you can admire not only the authentic architecture, but also the magnificent view of the Yenisei from the observation gazebos.

Kezhegelite
Mount Kezhege has long been revered as the abode of spirits who patronize shamans. According to the legend that gave the name to this place, many centuries ago, a hunter from the Soyan family, hunting a wild goat, accidentally wounded it. In pursuit of the animal, he lost his scythe, a symbol of Tuvan courage, and then died himself.

Modern people compare Kezhege with a stone city. Indeed, the ridge of rocks resembles the rampart of some medieval settlement.

Mountain

Hayrakan

This is one of the most sacred and revered places in Tuva. The mountain is considered holy by both Shamanists and Buddhists. Shamanic rituals are performed at the foot of this mountain, and according to belief, the magical and divine power of this place is so great that it can purify the karma and energy of nearly anyone or anything.
Ustuu-Huree
One of the largest and most famous Buddhist monasteries in Tuva, Ustuu-Huree, is considered the center of the statehood of Tuva and a spiritual and economic hub.

The foundation of the Tuvan alphabet and the first coin of the Tuvan People's Republic were both minted on the grounds of this temple.

Temple

Dus-hol

The magical beauty of Duskhol Lake is in fact the local Dead Sea and one of the main attractions in Tuva. People come here to treat their joints and skin with the healing mud from the lake, as well as their nervous systems and gynecological problems. In the summer, a large number of people from around the world gather here. Several hotels and camp sites have been built along the coast of the lake, providing everything necessary for a comfortable stay for tourists.

Lake Cheddar

Another healing lake of Tuva. Locals often call it the pearl of the republic. There is a resort on the territory of the lake, where mud baths are used to treat various diseases. The drinking mineral water of the resort has a sodium chloride composition.

Tubten Shedrub Ling
The largest Buddhist monastery in Russia. One of the main relics of the monastery is the "Sharira of Sugata's body" — the relics of Shakyamuni Buddha, which are almost two thousand years old.

During the construction of the temple, they focused on the traditions of Buddhist architecture in Russia, as well as on foreign examples — for example, it resembles a lama's palace and a Buddhist institute in Tibet.
